Winning Mindset: Hypnosis for Confidence and Resilience

Unlock your unlimited potential with this guided hypnosis. Learn to release pressure, overcome setbacks, and build an unstoppable winning mindset now.

Introduction to Deep Relaxation

Listen to this primer in a place where you can relax completely, not while driving or operating machinery. Now close your eyes and take a deep breath. As you exhale, allow yourself to relax.
Take another deep breath now. As you exhale, begin to release any stress or tension from your body. Just focus on the sound of my voice and let all other sounds, inside and outside the room, help you relax further.
Winning Mindset Hypnosis for Confidence and Resilience
Relax, you’re deeper. As you stay with each breath you take, sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation and focusing your attention on the soles of your feet and using the power of your mind to relax and release any tension that’s stored there.
Seeing relaxation as a colour or feeling it as a warmth. Allow it to slowly spread through your feet and ankles, up your shins and calves. Very comfortable and very calm.

The Body Scan

Relax your knees and your thighs now. And up into your back and your spine. Relax your chest now, and as you do, allow your breathing to slow. Your heart rate is too slow. Relaxing your shoulders through your arms all the way down to the tips of your fingers and thumbs.
Relaxing your neck, your mouth and jaw. Through your cheeks, just smoothing the skin of your face as it goes. Relaxing your eyelids, through your forehead and into your scalp. Your whole body is just so comfortable. Just so relaxed.
Now start counting backwards from 300 in your mind. After each number, repeat the word relax. With each number that passes, sinking deeper, relaxed, sinking heavier. Really enjoy this control.
Counting yourself further and counting yourself deeper. And then slowing that count down. And as you slow that count, your breathing can slow. Your body can slow down. Ticking over like a perfectly maintained machine. So calm, so relaxed and tranquil. You can stop that count completely.

The Staircase to Tranquillity

Now imagine you’re at the top of a flight of 10 stairs. Picture every detail of these stairs. What colour are these stairs? Is there a handrail? See the stairs so vividly. And at the bottom of the stairs is a candle. Its flame is faintly flickering.
I’m going to count you down those stairs. From 10 to 0. And with each number that passes, you take another step down. Deeper into relaxation. Deeper into tranquillity. Where it is quiet. Still.
As you take those steps, truly feel the weight on your feet. Relax your body into each step. Focus on that faintly flickering light. And with each step, you will transition into a state of complete relaxation.
Allow your body weight to support you as you step into a calm, peaceful state. Where is it safe? Serene. Remove all thoughts about your world from your mind. This time is just for you. Focus only on your body and the faint light—nothing else in the world matters.
    1. First step down now. Your body is getting heavier. And the gentle flicker of the flame is comforting.
    2. Sinking deeper. Relax. Calm.
      1. So calm. So quiet. You can feel the warmth of the flame.
    3. Deeper. Calmer.
    4. Halfway down now.
    5. Deeper still now. The dancing flame is growing brighter and warmer.
    6. So quiet. So calm. So tranquil.
    7. Twice as relaxed now.
    8. Just one more step to go.
  • And 0.

Building Resilience

Now that your mind and body are relaxed. I’d like you to imagine you’ve been working every day for weeks. On strengthening your winning mindset. Feeling so confident. Making significant progress towards whatever goal or objective is essential to you.
Feeling totally great. On top of the world. Completely in control. Now I’d like you to imagine that something happens. Something out of your control that negates all of the work and effort that you’ve put in. And you’re right back at square one.
And with that sensation of frustration or anger or sadness. Whatever it is that arises within you at the thought of that happening. How confident do you feel that you could start all over again? Not looking back and not questioning yourself, and just getting right back on track and trying again.
Get a sense for any changes in your motivation. Your drive is whether you can see yourself getting back on track.

The Pressure Valve Technique

And now, as you reflect on your confidence in that moment of significant loss. I’d like you to imagine that it’s simply a buildup of pressure within you. And by simply releasing all of that pressure. You can release all of that doubt. All of that resentment, anxiety or anger.
And by doing so, you can see clearly again. Think clearly again. So imagine finding a pressure valve somewhere in your body—a point at which all that pressure can be released. Once you’ve located the pressure valve, please open it and release the pressure.
And as that pressure begins to escape. Feel your body growing lighter. Your mind is clearer. Feeling calmer. More clear-headed. You are starting to return to your usual state of mind, which has been affected by the tension. All of that frustration leaves your body. Your winning mindset begins to kick in again.

The Unconditional Winning Mindset

Would you become aware once more of your path towards success? Towards winning. Because you know that no matter what happens, you’ll get what you came for.
Your winning mindset is not conditional. It’s not conditional on everything going exactly according to plan. It’s not conditional on everyone behaving exactly as you desire them to. Your winning mindset is steadfast.
It can withstand the strongest punches. The highest mountains. Because that’s how strong you are, that’s just how confident you are in yourself and your ability to succeed. To win and achieve whatever it is that you desire.

Letting Go of Limitations

And I’d like you to recognise your ability to let go. Let go of things that have happened. Prior upsets or letdowns. Anything that has stopped you or slowed you down from going after what you want. No longer let those limitations be your focal point.
And as you release those thoughts from your mind. You’re clearing the way for a new focal point. The endgame. Your ultimate goal. Success and winning. That is what your winning mindset will enable you to achieve: the strength and determination to turn things around consistently.
Because you know that wherever you direct your thoughts, your actions will follow. And as you let go of the need to dwell on bumps in the road or setbacks. Instead, always keep your focus on the end goal. Your actions will mimic those thoughts. Keeping you moving forward.

Awakening Your Power

As you consider this new winning mindset taking hold of you. Viewing yourself and the world from a new vantage point. Perhaps you’re awakening to the depth of power within you. It isn’t something overt. It isn’t something that’s given to you. Or something that anyone other than yourself can take from you.
It’s the power of your ability to believe in yourself. To believe that you’re capable of more than you ever thought possible. That you have a choice to exist from a belief system where you’re confident. Where you have expectations of success and winning, and have complete confidence that you can meet those expectations.
It’s the unparalleled power of your winning mindset. Feel that within you. This is who you are now. You’ve chosen to exist with a winning attitude. And every day you continue to make choices that align with this winning mindset. To keep the door open to your unlimited potential.
And why not? Let your winning mindset guide you every day. Allow yourself to be unstoppable. Get what you want and go back for more. Surprise yourself. Surprise the world with a winning mindset.
And bring that thought back with you now.
  • One.
  • Two. Coming up now.
  • Three.
  • Halfway there.
  • Four.
  • And five.
Open your eyes. Totally awake. Feeling great.
