The Power of Gratitude
When we are grateful, we shift our focus from problems to possibilities. You get support even for the smallest things, but you don’t see it in everyday life. Gratitude reminds us again that life is not happening to us; life is happening for us.
In today’s meditation, allow yourself to fully experience every experience of your life.
Preparing for Meditation
So, let’s sit in a comfortable position. If you are comfortable on the floor, you can sit there. You can also sit on a chair or a sofa.
- Cross your legs.
- Put all your fingers in your lap.
- Sit in a comfortable and relaxed posture.
Now, we will slowly close our eyes. Just keep looking at your inhaling and exhaling. Today, let’s move towards this peaceful journey of Gratitude.

Connecting with Existence
I thank existence for everything that I have and everything that I am. This universe is with me. I am a beautiful part of this infinite universe.

Breath: Gratitude is for every breath that makes me experience life every moment. Every breath connects me with the energy of the universe.
Senses: Gratitude is for my eyes that see the beauty of the universe. God recognises this light in every living being. Gratitude is for my ears that hear the waves of love, knowledge, and music.
Gratitude for Body and Mind
Gratitude is for this body that is my means on this earth. I can meditate through this body, serve, and share love.Voice: Gratitude is for my voice, in which I can express the truth of my heart.
Mind & Intellect: Gratitude is for my mind, intellect, and body that together give direction to my life.
Gratitude for Connection
Gratitude to all those people who have helped me, knowingly or unknowingly. Gratitude is for every soul that has touched my life. It has given me a chance to learn something new, to move forward, and to understand.Inner Guidance and Energy
Gratitude is for the voice inside me that always shows me the right path. The divine consciousness is my true guide.- Gratitude is for this limitless energy that is flowing in my veins.

Closing the Meditation
Now, gradually bring your awareness back to your breath.
Remember, gratitude is not a momentary feeling. It is a vision through which we can see the world with a little more love and clarity. Whenever the mind gets lost, just stop for a moment and remember: Even today, I have something for which I can be thankful.
